So far, the Kenton's are coming on perhaps Thursday, or Friday, and Marc on Friday. All are staying til Sunday; Marc through Monday AM, and I don't know about the K's. Besides the Saturday AM Ride, everything is fluid, but I have lots of suggestions for spontaneous and flexible activities, that some I am sure will meet with unanimous agreement.

Marc is in Somerville, and I don't know about the K's. We apparently are all riding the Metric Century on Saturday.
