Where? It looks similar to their other designs to me in the pics. I haven't seen in person, but the pics don't seem to show more ventilation points. It's definitely a good value tent, as with all Keltys, but I still think the similarly constructed Big Agnes Lone Spring is a better option for better venting and guyout points, as well as the REI Half Domes both for about $50 more at regular price. The Half Dome gets a little tricky with all the panels in that design though, but a decent overall value in the $200 range and much more convenient for the weight with the dual entry. The old Half Domes were built a lot like the Kelty, with long fly panels that flapped with guyouts only over the poles, and were heavy. I disliked that version. I haven't read any of the Backpackpacker Buying Guide in the last couple years, and assume they weren't comparing the Kelty to those other tents, or gave it an Editor's Choice for being lower priced and better than expected. I got like 3 year subscription to the mag that just ended, but only ever used it as tp.
