And yes eat on the bike, lots of Gatorade, peanut butter sandwiches, kid ya not. And yes my odometer says average 12 mph, and yes everybody I ride with is gone, and no I know what bonking feels like and I don't bonk on those long rides, jeez nobody is going to come and get you, so you'd better be able to handle it. Long rides every weekend of 60+, during the week only running because busy with schooling. But thanks all will study how to do intervals and leg strength training.
