I will 2nd this, free shipping is a big deal when some places charge $10-15 for one small part.
I think they import parts made in Taiwan, as everything I've gotten from them is MIT. Many people prefer that to made in China.

I think that they mostly carry overstock, NOS of discontinued parts. I purchase a derailleur from them cheapest I could find free fast shipping.
