Carbon frame surface not smooth

I recently got a Scott Foil. I noticed that the surface of the tube is not as smooth as the aluminum bike I had before. It seems like there are some bulging or dent in the frame. It is mainly in the top tube and the bottom bracket area. I am not sure whether this is a frame quality problem or carbon frame is just like this or it is just normal where the tubes are joined together. I use yellow arrow to point out the non-smooth surface. The camera does not catch it very well but you can still see it in the picture.

In the first picture, you see a vertical line stick out a bit in the seat tube. In the second picture, the bottom bracket shell is not perfectly round. The arrow point to a place where it sticks out a little bit.

Do you think I should worry about it or is it just totally normal for carbon frames?
