The BMW driver behaviour is the same in other countries (e.g. many countries in Europe). People with an aggressive attitude in the road usually buy a BMW but not exclusively. There are cheaper models from other brands, generally in yellow or red, which can be also associated to aggressive drivers. It seems that they paid more for their cars to have the road to themselves.
Again confirmation bias.
We note the aggressive BMW driver; we don't note the aggressive Camry driver, as driving a Camry.
