With my helmet, bike shades, Take-a-Look mirror attached to the shades, and helmet-mounted light, I think I must look like one of the Borg (don't forget the folding bike... gotta be a Trek analogy in there somewhere). Anybody else get that feeling? The problem is that looking at my get up, I think others are about as likely to start bike commuting as willingly join the Borg.
Yehehehehe. Just the other morning I was at the beginning of my commute in my white helmet, amber lenses on the glasses, Hot Head Primal jersey, red bibs, leg warmers (already in the low 30's here some mornings) and four blinkies, two front, two back. This dude rolls by me dressed like Kurt Cobain circa 1990 (it's dark, too) and all I could think was that he was a Romulan, fully cloaked and I was the Defiant lighting up his sensors.
