Yes, so the bottle is a little too small for the cage you are using and you need to wrap it with something to stop it from rattling. I understand now that you are happy to do that but it wouldn't work for me, hence my question about fit as my aim would be to have a perfect fit between bottle and cage without the need for anything else. Hence also my suggestions on how you might achieve that. I understand now that you are not interested.
