I need to get a headset for my keirin Presto frame. Scrolling through Businesscycles website I see all the standard threaded and threadless headsets and finally the hatta. The hatta states it is for 1" threaded and JIS fork crown race seats. A friend told me that covers 'all' keirin frames. Is this true? Whats the proper method for measurement?
