Updated my nine year old roadie with a new bar, stem and computer. The old setup (first photo) was just wrong for me with a bar that was too wide, and had too much reach and drop. I basically replicated the setup on my new Salsa Colossal Ti with its compact bar and a 10mm shorter stem. I also flipped the stem to reduce the saddle to bar drop. The computer change was necessitated by the shorter stem, which doesn't work with the old Mavic WinTech computer than is stem mount only and requires that you use their bulky QR skewer that contains the wireless transmitter.
