Being a 2010, it should be marked down a good 20-30% to START with. While I don't agree that "it becomes used after the first ride"(test rides before buying, hello?), it's pretty easy to see wear on a bike. Anything you see is a negotiating point.
Jamis is a pretty good brand, and not overpriced, either. It would, for me, hinge most on after-the-sale support from the shop. In order to skip THAT, the price would have to be criminally low.
