If Speedplay made a pedal like the 324, I would buy it in a heartbeat. I will never buy another SPD pedal though.
I have the worst Knees... in pain at every step... but riding... as long as you adjust them... you should find that happy medium... took me forever to find the "magic" setting... between saddle height, saddle tilt, saddle forward/back, and then cleat postioning... it is a real "ART" to get your bike set up....SPD's work for me
