Thanks, folks. The issue was that we were trying to run them at full pressure. Backed it off to 85 lbs. and all was fine. He did a 40 mile ride yesterday and a 30 mile ride this morning with no issues.
BTW, you all make me look really smart. He said to me, "Dad even if you don't know the answer, you know where to go to find it." Once again, thanks!
