Has this happened to anyone else who uses Continental Gator Skin Tires. I run both on front and back of road bike. And tires seem to only last 3 months.
The new tire i put on in May is already falling apart. As part of the rubber on front is eaten away and you can see the white mesh a bit now. I ride my roadie on good pavement most of the time. With the odd bumps and lumps, stay off gravel etc.

It seems to come apart though when riding on wet pavement after a rain storm or during. Has this happened to anyone else?

If this is the deal with Gator skins, then i need suggestions for a better tire. thanks
