I am answering because you show concern. That is good.
But, as I said before, I have done many back to back centuries and even a week of centuries without ill effect. A combination of aero bars with Brooks Champion Flyer will not put me in a hospital I am sure.
My real concern is keeping up with the younger guys and 11000 feet/day elevation change. That is why appreciate this thread. I will read and respond to all these valued posts.
