"When something like 9/11 or Boston happens...." And what percentage of the deaths from those years were those?? I want to see the cold hard numbers, how many people die in car crashes each year? Cancer? There are much more important things to prevent before taking away peoples freedoms.
You can address
#2 by having more mental health screenings and programs.
#1 could have been prevented if anyone bothered to have any kind of security at airports.....oh gee IDK because sometimes planes can get hijacked???
More military personal have died overseas than we had on 9-11 and our freedoms will be reduced to keep us "safer" oh but don't forget that they "Died for our freedoms!" ..........wait what?
