While this isn't the Topeak, but I tried the Lezyne Road Drive, and that doesn't work well on a 32c. Maybe it works well on a slick 23c road tire, with much less volume, but I got the Axiom Enforceair for the 32c. At least I could pump them up to the rated 80psi.
