It tells me you might have a hard time stopping in the wet. Those old chromed rims are pretty cool, but lightweight aluminum rims would be a nice upgrade if you plan on keeping the bike. As I remember, the Rigida Chrome rims had serrations on their braking surfaces as well, which make an annoying, to me, buzz.
