If you have VO pads in the holders, I recommend replacing them with something else (I like Kool Stop) as they are rim eaters.
the chainrings, flashlight mount, chainstay guard, and pantographed seatpost all came from Yahoo Japan auctions. it's a pricey place to shop, but continually serves up a menu of stuff that's nearly impossible to find anywhere else.

coming soon! I'm going to do a full photoshoot and updated blog article soon.

Here's some info on the brakes: http://www.diacompe.com.tw/product_View.asp?nid=988

Nashbar has them on sale for $40 a set right now (that's two brakes, enough for one wheel, aka $80 for a full front & rear set).
