I agree Cypress not recommended for heavy load.

32mm Gatorskins probably your best choice if you like Gatorskins. We used 28mm for a while but I wanted someting that felt a little more plush. 32mm was not available at the time.

Wider than your requested and not the most plush tire but I have used Schwalbe Kojacks 35mm and they seem to have a strong casing. They were 35mm wide on Dyads for me so make sure you have clearance.

We settled on the venerable Pasela. Even though it is not a slick it rides well. We are about a 300 lb team weight and had good smooth feeling with non-tourgaurd 32mm wide version. You might want the stronger tourgaurd version.

Lack of good wide 700c tires is the reason I went to 650b.
