The advantage of running Campagnolo 10 cog cassettes is that they come in

13-14-15-16-17-18-19-21-23-26
13-14-15-16-17-19-21-23-26-29
and
14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23.

Eddy Merckx dominated the spring classics with a 52x13 big gear and you're not Eddy. OTOH, you might like one tooth jumps through the 19 cog and a 26 ending cog or one tooth jumps through the 17 and a 29 big cog.
