Planning a 4 day tour next weekend starting in Portland and going up to Seattle along the coast then through the bottom of Olympic park.

Would first train/bus to Portland Thursday night then bike the rest (Fri, Sat, Sun and Monday) staying in hostels or camping. (maybe around 140 km a day)

Any suggestions for a route?! totally flexible.
