Oregon 30 to Wa SR 4 to 101 to 105, to old Aberdeen highway (north side of SR 8/12) to Kamilche cutoff at McCleary, up Hoods Canal or Alyn/Bremerton route or Bainbridge then ferry to Seattle. I'd guess 350 miles?
STP route nice north of Longview even Kent Valley nice north of Puyallup. Oregon 30 ok but busy. SR 4 is a gem though more small hills.
Now that I think of it, 4 days on the STP would be relaxing whereas the coast...longer and a bit more work.
