Since I finished my Pre Cursa build I have already gotten flats on both wheels which are cheap no name wheels from my Takara and 700x25 Forte tires. I'm not sure if it's the wheel or tire but I have gotten lots of flats with that combo on my old bike until I swapped out for some 700x38 tires and then I was fine.

I was thinking about 700x28 for the Pre Cursa and looking for a good wheelset to run them on for under $150
