This. If you are anything like me, as you get stronger you will be able to ride farther and faster and not have to be quite as concerned about your in-ride hydration and nutrition.

Am 80 years old, 5'7" and still ride 100 to 125 miles per week. Weight is 135 lbs.
Been told more than once '. . . but you're so skinny!' . . . that from a dudes with belly hanging over the belt and half my age.
