Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Agree, they should work. Just be sure you get the recommended bottom bracket spindle length to match the new crank. It may not be the same as your current bottom bracket.
