Gotta listen to your body....

So a little over a month ago, I was on my usual commuting route (even though I don't work there anymore...)

Anyway I noticed I had a little stick type pain in my side. I thought it was because of not being hydrated enough. But it seemed to increase in frequency and intensity until one morning I ended up in the hospital.

Turns out that I had a diseased gallbladder and I had to have urgent surgery to remove it. Which I had and it went well.

Good news is, there is no pain and I only have 4 3/4" incision scars where they went in to get it, that are all but vanished now.

So I go to see the doc today... hopefully he will release me to begin riding again. Don't know how hard he will let me go, but I'm so ready to ride again. It's been about 6 weeks.

Has anyone else had this done? and how long did it take before you could ride full bore again?
