And let me be the first to say, PLEASE don't repaint this bike! Disassemble, carefully clean/polish the paint and the components, and reassemble with new cables and fresh grease. I think you will be shocked at how nicely it will turn out. By all means touch up the few chips, but I see nothing that warrants a repainting.
