I've seen one local crit where i could race twice, after I upgraded to a 3. You probably actually have more options to race multiple times than I do, since you could race women's and race against men a category down (unless they changed that rule since I last looked?). I'm not sure what my opinion is about women's prize money relative to men's, but I'm pretty confident that 85+% of the men who race bikes don't choose races based on the prize money available, so I don't think low prize money is the reason there aren't more women racing bikes.
