New Frame Now or New Bike Later?

Hi - I've been riding a 2008 Van Dessel Hole Shot and am due for an upgrade (looking into Ti or Steel).

Last season, while cleaning my bike, I noticed that my seatpost and handlebars were bending - so I replaced them - which led to me replacing just about everything (Fork, Rear/Front Derailleurs/ and Stem) plus I bought a new wheelset. The theory was - I could get another season out of the old frame - and then swap everything over to a new one, while the components were relatively new.

I was just about to pull the trigger on an All-City Macho Man frame (steel frame) for that purpose - but I've been trolling around some more websites and found good deals on complete bikes (e.g. Motobocane Titanium Cross bike). So, now I'm questioning the whole thing -should I get the new frame now and swap over the parts, or ride my current CX bike for another 2 years or so - and then just get a new complete bike. My current frame is aluminum and has about 8,500 miles and about 30 races.

Also - if anyone has input on other Steel or Ti CX bikes - I'd welcome your opinion.

Thanks.
