From the look of the Nashbar kit, it's a generic kit which is sold under many brands, what's good about it, is that is has been updated over the years, so is appropriate for current bikes, but at the same time, has become less appropriate for older bikes like yours.

In your case, would go with the suggestion above, and buy the tools as needed, as unless you have the budget for a compressive tool kit, like a Park Pro or Master kits.
