Alternatively one could do away with the ego and still have the talent. Sagan wooped his butt and is a fan favorite, doing wheelies and showing off for the crowd. Kittel is a class act and a very strong sprinter. Neither of those guys blame their teams every time they lose.
My point is I've been around professional sports long enough to be to be completely over poor sportsmanship. I'll stick to the guys that understand life is too short to be an ass.
