Bikes: Electra Townie 7D

A hula hoop is a great way to tone up abdominal muscles and flatten out your stomach. My daughter has a weighted fitness hoop we got at Walmart and she has had visible results from using it several times a week for a month. Her only other exercise was riding her bike, and that's never reshaped her belly before, so I'm pretty sure it's from using the hoop.
