I am somewhat familiar; I was a member of LAB in the 1990s. The point of the exercise is to determine whether much at all is being done by LBS's, and if not, why not. It may be that some areas of the country are more active than others, and we may get a better idea than just talking amoungst ourselves about it. It's called data collection.
