I'm not going to get into a willy waving contest about who knows the most about bikes, but rest assured I can hold my own. The frame is awesome and just as comfy and hard wearing as any high end Reynolds I've tested. Have you ever ridden one of these bikes? salsa are a great company , and churn out some lovely frames! Anyway, thanks for the vote of confidence Bianchi Girl, but I'm perfectly comfortable tinkering and was just looking for some friendly advice on how to go about it. Again, thanks to all the nice people who have been constructive.
ps, it was not my intention to install campagnolo cranks on a shimano BB at all, my question was whether the group set came with the ultra torque BB or whether I'd need to purchase it separately
