Cable cutter and chain breaker are standardized. Bottom bracket and crank tools aren't - you need to get ones that match whatever bottom bracket and crank that you choose. Headsetters are pretty well standardized but it's cheap to have a shop do it or there are workarounds for pressing the cups into place.
