I picked up a mieli with a beautiful paint jobs, but I can find little on the bike to suggest the model or the year. Here is what I found. Decal "assembled in Canada" one other decal just below the seat post. "022, ISIWATA CrMo, quadruple butted tube, forks and stays" the group set is Shimano Biospace - light action. I assume it was manufactured in Japan. The thoughts would be appreciated.
