Don't know the hub, but seeing a hex nut under one end cap, I suspect the end cap slips on and off, possible retained by an internal spring clip. Try fitting an open end wrench under the flange and gently levering it up to see if it'll move out and off. If so, then the nut is next, while holding the axle in an axle vice.

If the end cap doesn't lift off, you're on your own.

Many of these ultralight hubs are like Chinese puzzle boxes, you have to figure out the sequence they were assembled out, then work it backward.
