I think ive gone to the point of no return...

So to keep this short my dumb-headed-self broke of my allen key in my headset... attempted to drill it out but the bit wont take grip. I have a new one to replace it with but I am unable to get the old one out of the fork... Any suggestions? Anyone have to do something like this before?

The top cap is already off.
