I weighed almost 300 in the early 90's.
Went to light beer- 270
Went to no beer- 235
I still bounce between 215-235 Fall/Spring. I basically ride off 20 lbs. during the Summer.
I haven't really ridden any off so far this Summer because I've been "rehabbing" from my broken leg, but somehow I feel stronger than I have in years. If my knee would quit swelling up when I stat logging some serious miles..........
