Everytime I've been all hot and bothered to spend a wad of dough on something, if I waited (either because I made myself, or more frequently, my wife made me) a better deal comes along. If the Cannondale is too pricey right now and you're not in love with the Trek, take a deep breath and walk away from both. Something you'll be far happier with will pop up down the road.
