BTW, you can easily find a used 2013 CAAD10 for $1400 (probably lower), and a new one for $1600. NOT $3000, unless you want all the upgrades.
Of course I've seen the Caad10s I'm not an idiot. I'm not dismissing it as a bad bike, not at all just dont want it. I've checked out all in the Cannondale line up. I own two solid Cannondale not cheap by far MBs, love the brand. but Caad is an aluminum which I did not want to go with when I originally considered RB. Remember I rode my buddies Cervelo R3 as my first RB so have the desire to go with a C'dale CF setup, but only started to even consider or looking at the Trek because local rider is unloading it for peanuts since he wants to get new stuff for his main bike and my budget doesnt really allow me to just plunge into a that super six at the store. I'm looking at value and price wise. I'm basically getting a year old from one owner Trek Madone 2.1 that sells even used today for $1k,for $700 in mint condition. Tested it, rode it, nothing is wrong with it. Its an option.Yeah I want the damn SuperSix but I have to cough up almost $1500 with Taxes and all.$750 more than what I want to allocate at the moment. This is my damn dilemma. If I'm comparing the same year model Caad10 Shim105 to a Madone 2.1 Shim105 I only see mild difference on the frame,I dont see a big difference except for if I wanted to go ahead and go with a Caad10 I might as well as just get that used 2011 Cannondale SuperSix Ultegra and be done with it.
