Body Image?
Thanks guys, now I don't feel so bad. To answer some questions/statements. I'm very muscular not fat however my waist has grown to a 38. My dr. wants me to get to a normal BMI and that's around 180. My blood pressure is getting high enough to warrant meds if I don't loose some weight. I've been riding for 20 years, and I average 10k miles a year but I have never dieted. I eat like crap ie. pizza , Mexican food and stuff like that with no regard for caloric intake. Healthy but overweight. So I'm in the process of changing all that and it's not been too hard so far.
As far as my riding style I'm into Rando rides. My climbing ability sucks terribly, I live where it's mainly flat and I would climb much better at 180 vs 245, so that's my current motivation. That's for all the helpful suggestions.
