That's a lovely looking Raleigh. But no help IDing the frame for you though.

The HS cups are pressed in. to get the "hex" portion off of the top you can just used an adjustable wrench and a rag to protect the chrome. If it fights you, use some PBblaster and try again after 10 min. For removing the cups you can either take it to a LBS, Buy the $30 park tool for race removal, OR do what I did and go get yourself a 12" piece of 3/4" (7/8" OD) copper pipe. Make 2 cuts along one end so the end can be flared out. Like this...



Insert the flared end into the top of the heat tube so it buts up against the bottom cup and touches the inside wall all the way around. Then hit it with a BFH. It should pop right out after a few hits. Flip the frame over and do the same to the top cup. Boom, you just saved yourself $25 bucks.

As for the BB cup, I cant really tell if there are spanner holes or not? (2 small holes 180 deg apart). That may be one way, but it looks like there is a raised portion in the middle that will require a long thin open end wrench.
