Because some bikes can pull it off while others can't. Especially with wheels like Reynolds, or Easton high profile, they have a lot of logos. Sometimes even 4 logos on one side of the wheel and makes the bike look very loud and cluttered.
I guess if it says Campagnolo, it's automatically cool and good looking.
