The tires on the bike you posted are not necessarily thicker but wider and can be ridden on at a significantly lower pressure which bring along many benefits for such a bike (FSFG) with those tires while used for tricks...
Your windsor the hour will not be able to run such sized tires as pictured whatsoever.

If you want a "thicker" tire aka more thread material try Soma's Everwear tires. The only set back is the sheer amount of mass/ rubber on the thread although gives near impenetrable protection makes the tire weigh more and have less worse cornering.
