Guy was stealing a bike from a rack, got caught red handed and tackled to the ground by bystanders. Police responded quickly. He spent the whole time on the ground crying about how his leg and arm were injured. A small victory for cyclists in light of the recent assaults/bike jackings. One less scumbag on the street.
