I am blessed to live near the hilly part of the Natchez Trace. Today I had my best Metric Century ride time yet. I try to ride my age twice a week, when work allows.
Also, got on the scale and hit a buck-forty-nine. Eating fruits and veggies five days a week and a little meat two days a week is working. I am still strong in the gym. All in all, a great day.
I like hills, and know they are what makes a cyclist STRONG. However, running 30+ on the flats is not a bad thing, either.
