That is actually a frontage road that just gives parking lot access to a number of lots (and a 15MPH speed limit besides) so it's not what it appears.

I have no idea why those two SUVs were there! But the two in front of me yelled out to them and were acknowledged before they went through.

I don't really look at the camera when doing this sort of thing ... just point it in the general direction and see what comes out. I had no idea we were waved to until I took a look at the video.

I gotta get me a GoPro or a Countour. Hmmm.
