1) What is the best pedal strap? Royal HC, YNot, Fyxation, or some other one?
Something SPD-SL.
2) What is the best pedal to pair up with one of those?
Shimano DA-9000. You asked for best.
Or LOOK keo blade, 2nd best but you don't seem to be a man who takes compromises so DA-9000 it is! Done.
3) What are the best, practically bulletproof tires? Gatorskin? Armadillo?
